The experiance

During the session, you lie down facing the Lucia Light, with eyes closed. The transmitted light frequencies induce a deep meditative state and a kaleidoscope of amazing colours and geometry. In second part of the session you will receive codes of light language to heal and balance you on multiple levels.

HOW DOES LUCIA LIGHT WORKS

The Lucia Light is a neurostimulator, which combines flashing and constant light to stimulate temporary EEG brain wave patterns that help users achieve a hypnagogic trance, that would usually only be accessible after several years of meditation practice.

The white light passes through your closed eyelids and to the pineal gland, often referred to as the third eye, which is stimulated to produce mind-activating hormones.

The Lucia Light offers the benefits of deep meditation through accessing an expanded state of consciousness almost immediately. What is the Lucia Light?

Lucia Light is a lamp, a hypnagogic meditation device. It has a low voltage central halogen light and 8 LED lights. A computer controls the intensity (brightness & dimness), combination and speed of the stroboscopic flickering white lights. It is not recommended for epileptics, or people who are light sensitive. Otherwise, it is perfectly safe, as it is experienced with eyes closed.

Background

Lucia was created by 2 Austrian medical doctors, Dirk Proeckl (neurologist) and Engelbert Winkler (psychiatrist). At the age 7, Dr Winkler had a transformative near death experience (NDE). This led him to extensively research NDE’s and has fueled his desire to bring to humanity a transformative and accessible light experience.
